2 of the ladies...

Here are 2 of our 3 beautiful girls. It seems I always think to take some pictures while Ava is napping. Kindergarten registration is this week and it's killing me that Anna is that big already. Time goes by so quickly.

Could she be any messier?

Is it at all possible for this lady to be any more of a mess? She enjoyed herself a little gerber cookie and was just covered afterward. At least she was happy!

Family Night

The weather has been just perfect lately and we have taken a walk or two everyday. With Daddy home we opted to go for another walk together to the park.

FRUSTRATION

I'm having the hardest time with blogger. Ever since I switched from old to new, all my postings have been set to drafts instead of being published. I read in the help section that I was supposed to complete a word verification to fix it and I can't find that anywhere. Any help out there fellow bloggers?

Yummy Apples...

One of our families favorite snacks are apples. Whether it be Washington, Braeburn, Gala, Pink Ladies, Granny smith, whatever...we love ourselves some apples. I used to cut them up for the girls, but lately they have been wanting to eat them whole like I do. Anna does a great job and gets right down to the core. Lainie on the other hand like to eat the skin and then thinks she is done. The bottom picture shows her disgust with me when I told her she wasn't done. I guess we'll be cutting hers up for awhile longer.

Beads!

While in New Orleans we ate at a restaurant on Charleston-which is the road the Mardi Gras parade is on. All of the trees, lamp posts, telephone lines, and bushes were covered in beads. Mardi Gras was the end of February and they were still taking down bleachers and cleaning up the roads. We thought we'd help and collect a few souvenirs for our kids.

Louisiana

My 2 sisters and I took a surprise trip out to see our parents who are Mission Presidents in the Baton Rouge, Louisiana mission. It was so great seeing them even if it was just for a short time. We were able to go to one of their zone conferences and observe the mission. We also saw all the devastation from Katrina and hit Bourbon Street and the French Quarters. It was a great visit.
