LVFD

Congratulations to my man! After 3 long years of studying, testing, training, interviewing, and waiting, Paul has finally made the Academy to be a Firefighter for the city of Las Vegas. He is so incredibly excited and I couldn't be more proud. Good work babe!

And no, we will not be moving to Vegas. Not my favorite place, but I'm sure there are many good people who live there. Paul will be commuting the hour and a half or so drive. After the academy, Paul will be working just 10 shifts a month. During the academy he'll have to find a room to rent since it is held Tuesday through Friday. Anyone have a friend, uncle, relative that has a spare room that they want to rent out for 4 months?

Fantastic for Paul! You will be a great firefighter. Plus it leaves time for all you other ventures and adventures. Glad you are on your way.

hey congrats - that's awesome. we have family there (sadly, no spare room available) but they might know someone...let me know if you want me to get you in touch with them.

i'm sad you're not moving there since we are thinking about moving there - it would be fun to be neighbors!
