snow again
We came home from Zion to find 6 inches of snow at our house. The girls were in heaven. Babies...not so much. They only liked it if they were being held. Don't mind my husbands dirty mustache. He said he was growing it for Mustache Movember.

Almost Roadkill
This little guy along with 4 of his friends almost ended up on my windshield. We headed up to a cabin in Zion National Park the day after Thanksgiving for the weekend, and they just happened to jump right in front of my car as I was driving through the park. Crazy! I'd never seen mountain goats before. The kids thought they were pretty cool.

Thanksgiving
We started off Thanksgiving day at the park, playing some kickball. I lasted about 20 minutes with the babes because it was FREEZING! Afterward we headed over to my sister's to have Thanksgiving meal #1. Delicious. (BTW, she has the BEST ever recipe for Turkey if anyone would like it. It cooks for 12 hours and literally falls off the bone.) About 3pm I loaded up the kiddos and we drove to Vegas along with my brother, Marcus, to eat meal #2 with Paul at his station. It's not until I'm in another's environment that I realize I HAVE SO MANY KIDS. They roamed around that station for hours. Owen even left a bit of artwork on the walls. We headed back to St. George around 9 and put the kiddos down to bed at my sisters while we joined the other crazies doing some black Friday shopping. Back in bed by 2pm. It was a great day and in all of that, at least I got ONE picture.

Anna's Last Game
Doing her thing while coach dad is looking on.
Trying to navigate through a maze of pink jerseys. Please note the referee in the pic who spent the entire game texting.
I wish so badly that this picture wasn't blury. I love the look of determination on Anna's face.
We had an awards banquet after the game where the girls received their tropheys.

twins
Whenever I come home, I always head straight to my closet to put away the clothing I was wearing and put on my cozys. Ava does this too. This particular evening we had taken the girls to see a movie and when we got home, I went into my closet and Ava to hers. We met in the kitchen and found that we were twins. Ava LOVED this. She talked about it for a week and now asks me what cozys I'm going to put on so that we can match all the time.

Soccer
Another soccer season has come and gone. Anna, Lainie and Ava played this year which made for some busy Saturdays. Here are the babes hanging out watching Ava's last game.
Ava was quite aggressive and scored quite a bit. She loved to be out front of the whole group and take control of the ball. On one occasion, while watching her friend Tucker play his game, she told him that she would score two goals for him in her game. Later that day, she did just that. Scored two goals right in a row, came off the field and said, "that was for Tucker."
Lainie had a great season as well. She's definitely more timid though and doesn't like to take the ball from anyone. Sweet girl.
